Our remixed modern version of the Christmas classic The Nutcracker hits Speers Point Park Fri 20th, Sat 21st & Sun 22nd of December with some unexpected twists & turns from the original storyline!

There’s the show & a whole Christmas experience with backdrops to snap your Elfie Selfies, delicious food, giant lawn games & you can even get a Christmas ponytail or LED Christmas headband thanks to Kidchella Newcastle!

AUDITIONS FOR 2024 CAST NEXT WEEKEND!

We are SUPER excited to be bringing Christmas Magic to Lake Mac once again this December!

We are searching for talented dancers, singers & actors to join our cast for our 2024 season Dec 20th, 21st & 22nd at MAP mima Speers Point Park with beautiful Lake Mac as our backdrop.

Registering for Audtions is super easy & the audtions are open to boys & girls alike regardless of your performing arts school affiliation! This is a community project with choreographers & coaches from all over te region coming together to create something unique for Lake Mac Chrismas.
