Slats were also dropped down to suit a 6mm recessed glass top.

So much work went into this restoration, but it was all worth it.

It still amazes me how we can flip a table from the first image to the next and so on.

We had this old table dropped off recently with a 30mm bow in the outer supports and a little twist.

A few repair jobs and add ons had been made with different timbers throughout its life.

We were able to bring it back to life to serve as a dining table for hopefully many more years to come.

The table now sits dead flat, even and ready for a 6mm toughened glass to finish the project off.
