It’s school holidays, so bring the whole family along this Sunday from 8am–1pm at Syd & Jane Granville Park for a fun-filled morning. Enjoy live music with Bad Boys of Uke, face painting, amusements, a jumping castle, and plenty of food and stalls to explore — plus a bar available for the adults to relax and enjoy.

It’s the perfect way to unwind, keep the kids entertained, and enjoy our amazing community together.

🐝 Just a little reminder from your local Bubble Lady…

The world might be a bit wild out there sometimes…
but have you ever watched a giant bubble float across a crowd?

Suddenly everyone stops.

Kids chase it like Olympic athletes.
Adults forget to be serious for a second.
And somewhere in the middle of it all a whole bunch of strangers start laughing together.

It’s honestly one of my favourite things to witness.

I get to spend my days watching tiny humans, teenagers, parents and grandparents all running around trying to pop bubbles like their life depends on it.

And every single time it reminds me of something very important…

Joy is actually really close to the surface. Sometimes all it takes is a bubble.

So wherever you are today, I hope something small and beautiful sneaks up on you and makes you smile.

And the world could always use a few more giggles floating around in it.

My good mate Santa came in to blow some bubbles!! 💚

This is the first year in 5 years I’m not selling bubbles to all the wonderful families for Christmas Day! 🥲
It gave me so much joy knowing that my bubbles were reaching people at home in your gardens… but with all the costs going up and up on everything.. I was unable to get my prices low enough for you all… 😢 Bubbles ARE magical! And are the best present for Christmas! But instead of going out there and buying those cheap bubble wands filled with plastic… buy some Gazillion bubbles in the blue container… rip up an old cotton shirt.. and tie it onto some sticks… less plastic in the world this holiday the better!

Mulungu Health Service has once again partnered with Walkabout Barber, to provede tge gommunity with Free Mens Cuts, Womens Cuts and Beaty services on all 3 days!

As part of our visit we will also be filming Part 2 of our "Gone Walkabout Mareeba" Episode, with a specual focus on the youth of Mareeba who are "Tomorrows Leader, Todays Voices"
