Kuranda Roots is in full swing and the vibes are high!

Just some important housekeeping for our patrons arriving tomorrow:

There is limited reception onsite, please download your tickets from ticketboth and have your photo ID ready upon entry for speedy processing through our gate.

Please screenshot the program guide from our socials before heading to site, so that you won't miss any of your favourite acts or workshops during the weekend!

Strictly no dogs, no fires, & no glass bottles

Please drive slowly and look out for wildlife. Also be aware that police have already been doing RBT / RDT on the way to site.

We ask that all patrons be respectful and patient with our staff onsite.

We adopt a leave no trace policy - all patrons are asked to take their rubbish with them upon exiting the festival grounds. Please bring sufficient rubbish bags for the whole weekend.

Please note that Kuranda Roots is a drug and alcohol free event...

6 day pass: Gates open 8am Tuesday - close 8pm each night
3 day pass: Gates open 8am Friday - close 8pm each night
2 day pass: Gates open 8am Saturday - close 8pm each night
Sunday day pass: Gates open 8am Sunday

Good morning everyone, please feel free to enquire with Morning Star in Fairy Lane and Tantrika in Kuranda for your Kuranda Roots Festival | 2025 hard copy tix. We understand in this fast paced world, not everyone can manage online tix purchasing, so a limited number of hard copy tickets have been made available from Wednesday onwards. FYI Payment is by CASH only, saves any electronic transfers too.
