Korumburra Showgrounds

26/09/2026

Annual General Meeting
The Korumburra & District Agricultural and Pastoral Society was established in 1893 as custodians of the Korumburra Showgrounds.

For the past 133 years volunteers have managed and maintained the Showgrounds and held 131 annual Korumburra Shows.

Our purpose:
To promote and celebrate agriculture and community for Korumburra and surrounds and to provide facilities for community activities for the benefit of primary producers and the community as a whole.

To enable this community space to remain open for the community as a whole, we need volunteers.

If the keeping open access to the Korumburra Showgrounds is something you would be interested in supporting, or helping to keep the Korumburra Show and affordable event, please come along to our meeting or reach out to our Secretary Kate by email [email protected]

We are looking forward to seeing some new faces in the crowd.

⭐️ VIC: Jayde Grylls, 16, Tynong North

Year 11 student Jayde Grylls has been showing cattle since the age of five through her family’s stud, Grylls
Cattle Co - including at our Korumburra Show 🏆

One of Jayde’s proudest achievements is winning Grand Champion Herdsperson at the National All Breeds Junior Heifer Show in 2024 and 2025, competing against more than 250 exhibitors. #

“Cow shows are extremely important to me because of the connections, opportunities and lifelong friendships they create,” Jayde said.

Jayde plans to study agribusiness while continuing to help run Grylls Cattle Co alongside her family.

Congratulations Jade, from the Korumburra and District Agricultural and Pastoral Society 👏 👏 👏

We would like to thank all the Trakmaster members for staying with us, and may you all have a safe journey to your next destination.

Trakmaster Off-Road Caravan Club is boosting the local economy with a visit to the Korumburra Showgrounds.

CLOSED to the public

Today we welcome the clubs Annual Gathering to the Korumburra Showgrounds.

Each year 100+ vans (200 individuals) gather for a week of fun and catching up with old friends.
The event is usually held in Victoria every second year and this year they have chosen Korumburra.

The gatherings are catered for by local community groups, clubs and businesses with significant contributions from many hard working Trakmaster Club members.

In addition to bringing an economic boost to our community, each event raises a significant amount of money for distribution to organisations within the community.

The Showgrounds will be closed to the public for the week and we thank you for your support and understanding wishing the trakmaster members an unforgettable week in South Gippsland.

Many hours of preparation go into producing this community event, and we have prioritised encouraging the next generation to feel welcomed and supported to participate.
We look forward to presenting our 2027 Show and invite anyone who would like to come forward to be involved in the preparation.

Thanks Maddie ❤️

More than 100 agricultural shows take place across Victoria each year and the number of volunteers is in decline, but a new generation of artisans, farmers and judges is giving shows hope for the future.
