What an epic event! Wonder World 2026 took over the outdoor stage here at Kingston Butter Factory on Friday night, and by the time the sun went down we had around 7,000 young people out on the lawn — one of the biggest crowds we've hosted in our purpose-built concert venue.

Wonderworld 2026 is being held at the Kingston Butter Factory Cultural Precinct this Friday from 4PM, with traffic impact from 2PM. If you're visiting the precinct or travelling through the area, here's what you need to know.

Venue access on the day
✅ Devon Pixies – open to the public, usual hours
✅ Heritage Centre – open to the public, usual hours
❌ KBF Brick Building, including the Living Museum of Logan – closed

Getting here / getting around
🚆 If you're heading to the precinct, the train is the easiest option. Kingston Station is right next door. Check TransLink's Journey Planner for service changes before you travel: https://translink.com.au/plan-your-journey

Next Thursday...fairy tales will FRACTURE! 📚 A limited number of tickets have just been released for this children's theatre experience.

Classic stories will turn higgledy-piggledy and everyone will be in a muddle. Two children are whisked away to fairyland, where they meet a bold Little Red, a grumpy grandma, music-loving pigs, a lonely giant, and a love-struck prince and princess. Can they piece the tales back together before midnight?

A funny, fast-paced adventure about kindness, trust, and looking past first impressions, and a perfect fit for Children's Book Week 2026.

Headlining is Takashi Wakasugi! Winner of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Directors' Choice Award, you've seen him on Taskmaster Australia, Thank God You're Here and the MICF Gala. Sharp, quirky, unexpectedly insightful.

He's joined by Sydney club favourite Steph Broadbridge (Just for Laughs, Sydney Comedy Festival Gala), MC Craig Quartermaine, and local supports Jai Demeule and QLD RAW winner Josh Coutinho.
