Yesterday our dancers from St John’s Lutheran School had the privilege to perform at the school’s Art showcase. The dancers had the opportunity to perform part of the Dreamworld Spring Country Fair Parade. It was a wonderful evening of entertainment. Yesterday, we had a group of dancers perform in Dreamworld’s first ever ‘Country Spring Fair Parade’. We were honoured to be chosen as the group to close the parade. 🌻💛

we had such a fun thrilled day, dancing alongside 250 dancers from across QLD, NSW, VIC & SA as well as spending time in the park.

We are so proud of our dancers, they all danced so beautifully with so much energy & professionalism, and were so supportive & encouraging to each other. 😀

Big thank you to TP World Tours & Dreamworld Australia for this opportunity & organising such a wonderful event.

Our Story

Kingaroy Dance Academy offers many forms of dance including classical ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, lyrical, en pointe, hip hop, acrobatics, cheerleading and musical theatre. Kingaroy Dance Academy promotes a lifestyle of fun, fitness and discipline for all students from our beginners ‘TwinkleToes’ class to our performance teams. Our KDA dancers are part of our dance family who are embraced and encouraged every day to enjoy and explore their passion for dance!

Kingaroy Dance Academy is about more than just dance. We are a dance academy that encourages, mentors & welcomes everyone who loves the performing arts. Whether you love the arts as a hobby or want a professional career in the industry we are a family that will nurture & support the growth of your passion & help your dreams become a reality. At KDA we believe there isn’t anything you can’t achieve and we will encourage and support you all the way.

We believe in students being provided with many opportunites to perform in the community. Some of the events our students have partipate at include, Eisteddfods, challengess, ATOD examinations, ATOD comps, USA/Disneyland/Hawaii Tours, performance at Dreamworld, Winter Recital, End of year concert, community events, workshops, Christmas carols and many more.
