This week at Dance Fusion Studios we’re focusing on core strength — the foundation of every dancer’s technique.

A strong core helps our dancers:

Refine their acrobatic skills with better control, stability and safe progressions

Enhance their jazz style through sharper lines, stronger dynamics and cleaner transitions

Improve grace in classical technique with lifted posture, balance and beautiful placement

Strong core = strong dancer.

As the temps drop, please make sure dancers arrive in proper dance knitwear — a crossover or dance wrap keeps muscles warm without getting in the way.

Sloppy joes and jumpers aren’t suitable for class and are unsafe for acro work, as they hide posture and make spotting difficult.
