📣 URGENT COMMUNITY NOTICE 📣
Gladstone Festival and Events held its AGM last night, and unfortunately we received no nominations for the Secretary and Treasurer positions.
Without these two essential roles filled in the next 4 weeks, our organisation will have no choice but to close.
We will be holding another meeting on December 16th to try to fill these positions. After 63 years of festivals in our community, it would be incredibly sad to see this tradition end simply because we can’t form a full committee.
🙏 We need your help.
If you—or someone you know—might be interested in volunteering for one of these roles, please reach out. We’re more than happy to explain what’s involved.
