Isingonthecake

Isingonthecake Isingonthecake is a community choir formed by Stuart Davis in approximately 1995 in Sydney Australia. We sing a wide range of pop music and world music.

Isingonthecake has been a community acapella choir for almost 20 years in various forms. Ising was formerly known as the Constant Cravings, formed from Stuart Davis' workshop groups in Newtown and Randwick Library Institute. He almagamated the groups into one rehearsing at St Judes Hall in Randwick and the choir became Isingonthcake after a drunken evening at the Bank Hotel in Newtown. The original repertoire was some African songs, some Gospel songs and Stuarts own arrangements of classic pop.

Dance workshops are planned for March - let me (Belinda) know if you are interested and which day suits best.

🌺Sunday 5th March from 1-3pm

If there is enough interest I will run a workshop on both days.
