A few important reminders for Xmas Rocks Rodeo – Willalooka (March 7):

🎟️ BUY YOUR TICKETS NOW
Tickets are pre-paid online and we’re working with capped numbers (liquor licensing + venue capacity). Once we hit capacity, that’s it — sold out is sold out.

🏕️ CAMPING WILL BE CAPPED
If you’re planning to camp, don’t leave it to the last minute.

🚪 Gate tickets (IF released)
If we do release any gate tickets, they’ll be up to $10 more per ticket than online — and we’ll only open them if we haven’t reached capacity in the next 10 days.

⏳ Heads-up: most rodeo tickets sell in the final few days… but once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Competitor gate closes for today at 3.45pm and reopens tomorrow morning at 7.30am. Anyone who arrives outside of these hours should camp at camping site for the night and enter in the morning. This is due to event on tonight and licensing requirements. Thanks.
