Something I find genuinely fascinating and I think every dance mum should know this.

There’s a reason some kids reach a point where dancing stops feeling like something they do and starts feeling like something they are. And it’s not just talent. It’s not just practice. It comes down to what’s actually happening in their brain between classes.
