Introducing our feature artist for Artfest 2026 Elise McDonald. As a resident of the Blue Mountains, landscapes are a prominent theme in her work. She captures the dynamic movement and flow of her subjects, infusing them with life and emotion. Elise transforms valleys, cliffs and bushland into bold acrylic works, each finished in a one-off reclaimed timber frame handmade by her husband.
