We are so over the moon with these pics from photographer who set up this pink wonderland at our recent Auction Party to capture everyone's fab 'Nowhere to Wear It' outfits.

This is but a tiny selection of the pics taken on the night. Thanks to Sian and everyone who came, dressed up and had a blast in front of the camera. We hope you love your pics as much as we do.

Yes .. you read that right. The Gallery is closed this week as we install The Art of Adaptation: Culture Changes Everywhere.

Featured here is a detail shot of the first work to be installed this week, The Turdis by artists Lucas Ihlein and Kim Williams. You'll have to come to the opening night this Friday 19 June, 6 - 8 pm to have a seat and learn about "humanure".

This exhibition marks ten years of projects by the Kandos School of Cultural Adaptation (KSCA). Bringing together work from across the collective, it highlights how creative practice can support cultural change in response to climate challenges.

A Manly Art Gallery & Museum touring exhibition as part of its Collection for Environmental Art & Design initiative. Curated by Ben Rak and Katherine Roberts.

We're packing up the boards, safe and sound, to go off to their forever homes.

Successful bidders can pick up from Friday, 10am.

Thank you to all who came to The Auction Party and those to bid at home. We raised $20,000 to purchase two works by local artist what, from his series The Birches.

A very special thank you to all of the artists who donated works to Collectors' Edition #12. Your ongoing support helps our collection to grow.

Last few days to see Confluence which will finish this Sunday 14 June.

Featuring

Through breath, rhyme and repetition these international artists map the geographical ravines of body and place. As audiences make their way through the works they will find a beautiful sense of synchrony and intrigue.

Confluence is a touring project that has been developed by Museum of Art and Culture, yapang. This project is supported by the NSW Government through Create NSW.

Today some of our staff and volunteers attended the absolutely fabulous Beyond the Views tour at Echo Point.

There are two different tours visitors can experience.

Every Thursday and Friday: Echo Point Insights Guided Walk
Explore the unique geology, natural features and care of this iconic place with a friendly local guide.

Every Saturday: Introduction to Aboriginal Culture Talk
Join Dharug educator Uncle Chris Tobin to discover how humans lived sustainably and cooperatively with nature through these ancient cultures and their traditional way of life.

Our staff found the tour today to be extremely informative and enjoyed learning about the history and geology of the valley!

Visit the Blue Mountains City Council website to learn more about these tours:
