This Friday night at The Factory Bar, we welcome Matt Hill & Nic Danta for a special evening of live music, as part of Matt Hill’s album tour.

Friday 21 August | 6.30–8.30pm

Hailing from the NSW Northern Rivers, Matt Hill is a seasoned multi-instrumentalist, composer and sound designer whose music moves through indie-folk, jazz, post-rock and minimalist influences.

For his solo performances, Matt strips songs from his catalogue back to their foundations, weaving together the earthy tones of Wurlitzer electric piano, acoustic guitar and looper. Expect something flowing, atmospheric and a little wistful, with plenty of stories along the way.

Joining Matt is Katoomba singer-songwriter Nic Danta, known for intimate, story-rich songs inspired by people, place and the songwriting traditions of artists such as Bob Dylan and Paul Kelly.

Settle in with a cocktail and something from the bar menu and catch two exceptional songwriters live in Katoomba.
