The Godinymayin Yijard Rivers Arts and Culture Centre is a meeting place for all. The Centre is uniquely positioned to provide development, presentation and educational opportunities for all creatives of the Big Rivers Region and the Northern Territory. It aims to showcase the cultural and artistic richness of the region on neutral ground, celebrate diversity and be a place for community to come t

ogether. Underpinned by the ‘two way’ learning philosophy it aspires to become a ‘model for reconciliation’ in the community through the presentation of exhibitions and performances of Indigenous and non-Indigenous cultural expression together. GYRACC is managed by the Katherine Region Cultural Precinct Ltd through its Board of Management.
