Our concert theme reveal! Could it be anything else? It’s a celebration of all that came before us, of the many many dancers who have passed through our doors, it’s a 50th birthday party like no other! Celebrating 50 years of Fabulous!

A few of our gorgeous dance mums and myself train here! Early mornings. It’s all small group training. Supportive environment. Like minded adults. With the best trainer in the business. Come and give it a try. You won’t be disappointed. 💜

Are you caught in a “holding pattern” and not feeling motivated or able to get your motivation back in check? Do you want to improve your mental wellbeing and feel amazing by spring?! Now is the time to feel the S4 difference. Why would you need to pay big dollars to “trial” a new facility…??

At S4, we are happy to give you a FREE TRIAL - to see if you think that we “fit” your needs and can help you bring out your best. You’ll be trained at every session (not off a tv screen or board), meaning that you’ll be prescribed movements that are applicable to your own level of fitness and based on your own goals!!

Drop us a DM if you want to find your health and fitness again - the S4 way!
