Excited about new work heading to the gallery and very grateful to have been invited to the Brisbane Affordable Art Fair this year by my representing gallery Aspire Gallery. "Faded curtains" has a story of fond memories visiting my Auntie Greta in Heysham. A wee scottish lady just like my mum, full of life and resilience. We would wander the neighbourhood looking at gardens. On this occasion there was a cat enjoying itself on probably its favourite window ledge.
