Do you know an individual, family, or local community group doing it tough who could benefit from the support of our incredible community?

The Jimboomba Fair is all about locals helping locals. Each year, one deserving recipient is selected to receive the proceeds raised through the Fair, with the support of our amazing volunteers, sponsors, businesses and community.

We're looking for nominations for people or families within our local area who are facing significant challenges due to illness, injury, hardship or unexpected circumstances, where the funds raised could make a meaningful difference.

If someone immediately comes to mind, we encourage you to nominate them today.

My heart is so full after what our community achieved together at the inaugural Jimboomba Fair 2026💛✨

I’m incredibly proud to announce that we raised $26,500 in just 5 hours (Sat 7th March) for the Fair family, Kyle, Allison and their two beautiful children 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💛

When I first heard in September 2025 about Kyle’s MND diagnosis, I knew straight away that I had to do something. My goal was simple… raise $25,000 so the family could take a holiday together and create precious memories ✈️🌏

Well… our community absolutely delivered 🙌

With only 3 weeks of preparation, and the incredible support of our volunteers, sponsors, local businesses and this amazing Jimboomba & surrounding community, we didn’t just meet the goal… we exceeded it 🎉

Because of you all, the Fair family are now heading to Japan for a family holiday 🇯🇵✈️🎌

To say I’m proud is an understatement. This event proved something I truly believe 💛

One person with a goal and the courage to act can make a difference, especially when surrounded by a network and community that is simply invaluable 🤝✨

As President of Your Local Angels Inc and Director of Moneybags Property, I am beyond grateful to everyone who rallied behind this cause.

This was more than just a fair. It was community, compassion and action 💛

And the best part?

The Jimboomba Fair will now become a yearly event 🎡🎪

Tonight we will be announcing the total amount raised from the Jimboomba Fair for the Fair Family 💙✨

What this community has achieved together is truly incredible. The support, kindness and generosity shown throughout this event has been overwhelming, and it means so much to the Fair Family. ❤️

Moneybags Property has also made a separate donation to support Motor Neurone Disease (MND), helping raise awareness and contribute to the fight against this devastating illness. 💙🧠

A heartfelt thank you to our amazing 30 volunteers and 21 sponsors. Your time, effort and generosity made this event possible and showed just how powerful a community can be when people come together to support one another. 🙌🌟

A huge thank you to Only Good Time Only Good Times Events Company - Food trucks, markets, car shows for their incredible support of the Jimboomba Fair 2026

They generously donated the stage and speakers, organised the food vendors and market stall holders, and even brought along some amazing classic cars that everyone loved. 🚗🎶🍔

A special thank you as well to Danny Doon and Jessica Holbrok Music for keeping our community entertained with your fabulous singing throughout the day. Your performances were amazing and added such a great atmosphere to the event! 🎤✨

Your hard work and generosity helped make the day such a fantastic community event, and we truly appreciate everything you did to bring it all together.

🐦 A Friendly Visitor at the Jimboomba Fair named Doc

Yesterday at the Jimboomba Fair we met a very friendly cockatoo who happily said hello to visitors throughout the day. 🦜

He loved the attention and brought plenty of smiles to both kids and adults who stopped by to say hi. It was a lovely little moment that added to the great community spirit of the day. 😊
