After our Winter Solstice gathering, where we rested, reflected and received, this feels like the perfect next step.

This year’s festival theme is Emergence.

Last year, women gathered to reconnect with themselves, learn, heal, laugh, dance, and remember what it feels like to be part of something bigger.

This year, we begin again.

After the stillness of winter comes the first spark of emergence. Under the light of the Strawberry Moon, we’re opening the first wave of tickets to the 2026 Women’s Wellness Festival.

There’s something beautifully symbolic about beginning here. The Strawberry Moon has long been associated with abundance, growth, and the harvest of what has been quietly taking shape beneath the surface. It feels like the perfect time to say yes to yourself and to everything that could unfold over the months ahead.

This investment reflects the elevation, evolution and expansion of what we've been able to offer in the past. One of the things that sits at the very heart of Rise & Gather Co is our belief that healing happens in community.

We have witnessed time and time again that while insight can happen alone, some of our deepest healing occurs when we gather together. When we allow ourselves to be seen, when we witness others and we realise that the challenges we carry, the questions we hold, and the hopes we have for our lives are often shared by those sitting beside us.

At our recent gathering, we watched women arrive as strangers and leave feeling connected in community. Through meaningful conversations, shared experiences, reflection, and the simple act of being present together, something beautiful unfolded. There was no pressure to perform just an invitation to pause, connect, and receive.

As part of the evening, participants were invited to sit opposite one another and receive the gifts of an ancestor through the eyes of another. It was a simple yet deeply moving experience that reminded us that we do not walk through life alone. We are shaped by the generations who came before us, and there is wisdom, strength, resilience, and love available to us when we take the time to pause and listen.

One of the greatest gifts of the evening was the opportunity to receive the beautiful offering of our sister Rebecca from Bold Sounds, through her sound healing. In a world that so often asks us to keep giving, doing, and striving, it was deeply nourishing allowing ourselves to receive.

This is what we hope to create through Rise & Gather Co. Spaces where people can come together authentically, connect more deeply with themselves and one another, and experience the kind of healing that can only happen when community gathers with intention.

Our Winter Solstice gathering was just the beginning. As we move towards the Women’s Wellness Festival and beyond, we are excited to create more opportunities for connection, growth, learning, healing, and belonging.

🪔 Important update for Winter Solstice 🪔

There are only three tickets left until we are at maximum capacity for this beautiful event.

Before we rise, we gather.

Before the workshops, the dancing, the conversations, the healing, the laughter, the hugs, and all the magic of the Women’s Wellness Festival, we’re inviting you to join us for something a little slower, softer, and more intimate. Our Winter Solstice Gathering is the official beginning of this year’s festival journey.

We know growth isn’t always about doing more. Sometimes it’s about pausing long enough to hear yourself again. That’s why we’ve created this special pre-festival gathering.

As the sun sets on the shortest day of the year, we’ll gather around the fire for an evening of connection, cacao, sound healing, gentle breathwork, nourishing grazing platters, and the simple medicine of being in the company of other women.

We’ve intentionally created this evening to feel like a warm embrace in the middle of winter. A place where you don’t need to have the answers, where you don’t need to hold it all together, and where there is no expectation to be anything other than exactly who you are. Think of it as a beautiful winter cocoon.

A chance to honour everything you’re leaving behind, acknowledge the season you’re currently in, and gently prepare for what’s ahead. After all, before spring comes growth, winter invites us to rest.

This intimate gathering is also a beautiful introduction to the Women’s Wellness Festival. If you’ve been thinking about coming along in October, this is the perfect opportunity to connect with our community, experience the heart of what we create, and begin the journey with us.

What began as a deeply personal journey through womanhood and midwifery has blossomed into a collective movement.

The Women's Wellness Festival always has and always will be an evolution.

Just over three years ago, Mia and Alex met for coffee and spoke about all things womanhood, creativity, burnout, healing, gathering, evidence based modalities and so much more. Over that coffee, the idea for the festival was born and within six epic months, the inaugural event was a reality.

Now, celebrating its fourth year in action and second year as a two day gathering, the Women's Wellness Festival will return to Ipswich in October [Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th 2026] at the , Pine Mountain.

The festival has a new overarching company as our ship, but the women at the helm are familiar faces and have been in the festival sphere since the beginning.

Thank you, to the women who have been with us since our maiden journey, to the women we've met somewhere in between along the way, to the women who were part of the team during the beginning but have since found themselves on a different journey and to the women who are yet to find us.

Thank you.

When we gather, we rise.
When we rise, we return home to ourselves.

has been in the making for over six months, considered carefully and dutifully. We have taken care with establishing this new stewardess as we no longer just answer to ourselves, but to our festival community which has expanded, strengthened and evolved in ways we never could have predicted.

We are excited for the future but also want to take a moment to acknowledge our origin story and where we came from. None of us are the women we were when this began and we've learnt a lot as a result.

We'll be rolling out applications for festival collaborators later this month. If you've been involved in the past, you'll be receiving an email from us this month.
