🤫 A little bit of secret squirrel business happening at Creative Hearts Co...

Yesterday we met with Clare and Dr Kim-Houng from the University of Queensland's School of Public Health to explore a partnership for Creative Brain Week 2026.

The conversation was filled with exciting ideas about creativity, wellbeing and community, and how we can bring more meaningful opportunities to our region.

Part of our mission at Creative Hearts Co. is to actively seek partnerships that help highlight the value and impact of creativity in our lives. We're grateful to connect with passionate people who share that vision.

Lots of exciting possibilities ahead, and we can't wait to share more once the details are finalised.

Our very first 'Creative Coffee Drop-In' and our hearts are so full! Thank you to the 30+ beautiful souls who joined us this morning. Some staying for 5 minutes and others staying the whole morning to create and connect.

We love seeing what you are working on and loved even more that you got to share your projects with others and make new friends. This is the community we want to create.

A special shout out to Kira and Paul from for the beautiful coffees and drinks. Good coffee makes all the difference!

Our next Creative Coffee Drop-In will be on Saturday 11th July. More details to come.

Tomorrow we're opening the doors to Creative Hearts Co. for our very first Creative Coffee Drop-In, and we'd love to see you there.

🕘 9:00am – 12:00pm

Come as you are and bring whatever you're working on—artwork, music, a sketchbook, a creative project, or simply yourself.

There's no agenda, no pressure, and no expectations. Just a relaxed morning to connect with like-minded locals, enjoy some great conversation, and spend time in a beautiful creative space.

And the wonderful will be joining us, so it's the perfect excuse to grab your favourite drop of caffeine while you're there.

Bring a friend, bring the family, stay for five minutes or stay for the whole morning—we'd love to see the space filled with friendly faces and good conversation.

Join us Libby Protsan and Marie Ferguson for our Adult Art & Wellbeing Retreat — a nurturing full-day experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself through creativity, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.

Long before one exhibition wraps up, we're already gearing up for the next one! Thank you to all the incredible artists who are saying yes to exhibiting work at Creative Hearts Co. You guys help shape this space into what it is for everyone who steps through its doors. Thank you!

Our 'Flow' exhibition kicks off this week, with exquisite artworks from so many talented locals. 'Flow' explores movement, transformation and the rhythms that shape our lives. Inspired by water, energy, emotion and nature, the exhibition invites artists to interpret the idea of flow in their own way, celebrating resilience, connection, creativity and change. Through a diverse range of mediums, Flow encourages viewers to reflect on life's transitions and the beauty of moving with the current rather than against it.

Check out some of the works dropped off to the gallery over the past few days. This exhibition runs from 2nd June - 4th July. We can't wait to showcase the talent!
