Conservation framing methods can be used for valuable or special pieces if needed.
This recently completed original art piece was floated on conservation mountboard - to show the raw edges of the paper - using traditional, reversible Japanese pass through hinges and finished with UV protected reflection control glass. (Spacers were added to keep the glass away from the painted surface).
