What a night, Home Hill! 🎉

Our 2025 Home Hill Harvest Festival Street Party was an unforgettable celebration — from the dazzling Grand Parade to the many stallholders and fun rides under the stars, our community truly turned up in style!

A huge thank you to all our stallholders and rides for bringing so much variety, flavour, and fun to the night — your hard work and creativity filled Watson’s Green with colour and excitement.

And of course, an enormous shoutout to Luke Geiger and his band, who absolutely rocked the stage and kept the crowd dancing right through the night!

Most of all, thank you to our incredible community — every smiling face, every clap, every cheer made the night one to remember.
You are the reason the Harvest Festival continues to grow stronger every year!

Celebrating Our 2025 Home Hill Harvest Festival Queens! 👑

A heartfelt congratulations to all of our incredible Queen entrants and their supporting organisations for making this year’s Harvest Festival truly shine. Your hard work, fundraising, and community spirit captured the very heart of Home Hill!

Personality Queen: Eden Betteridge – Rotary Club of Home Hill
Charity Queen: Aaliyah Gibson – Burdekin Netball Association

Both were crowned on Friday, 7th November, at the glamorous Rotary Ball, bringing the Queens fundraising efforts to a stunning close under the theme “Hollywood Elegance.”

We’d also like to celebrate our other amazing entrants who each brought enthusiasm, commitment, and grace to the role:

A Night of Elegance & Celebration

What a wonderful evening at the Home Hill Rotary Ball — the perfect way to celebrate the crowning of our Queens in style!

Thank you to everyone who attended, danced the night away, and helped make the evening so special. A huge congratulations to our 2025 Harvest Festival Queens, Aaliyah Gibson from Burdekin Netball Association (Charity Queen) and Eden Betteridge from Home Hill Rotary Club (Personality Queen). 👑

We’d also like to recognise all of this year’s Queen entrants — Amelia Pivotto (Home Hill Tennis Association), Demi Smith (Burdekin Rugby League Club), and Ellie Woods (Home Hill – Ayr Lions Club). Each one of you represented your clubs beautifully and made your community proud.

A special thank you to the Rotary Club of Home Hill for hosting such a memorable night and to our judges who had the difficult task of choosing our winners.

Rebekah’s creative entry “Frederick the Frog” hopped straight into everyone’s hearts — taking out the People’s Choice Award at this year’s Home Hill Harvest Festival Ephemera!

Crafted with care and a splash of imagination, Frederick was a crowd favourite and a perfect example of how everyday materials can be transformed into something truly special.

That’s a wrap for the 2025 Queensland County Bank Home Hill Harvest Festival. We were very happy with our turn out yesterday, everyone came down to Watson’s Green to enjoy the Grand Parade and Street Party. Luke Geiger kept everyone entertained until late.

The majority of our stall holders sold out and the Showy’s were happy with the support the community gave them with the rides. We had a lot of entrants to the Grand Parade nearly hitting 50.

It’s so great to see the community come together and support our events, it makes all the hard work pay off when you have a successful day like we did yesterday.

I’d just like to thank my hard working team who made all this happen.
