✨40 minutes of fun, easy-to-follow dance aerobics routines - inspired by ‘Aerobics Oz Style,’ Latin fusion, and 80s grooves. Each session has a fun theme, with moves that match the vibe!

ty lights, epic tunes, and nothing but good vibes. GITG Sessions are a welcoming space to groove, express yourself & share the love and joy of dance. It's all about moving, having fun, and feeling great together!
