is an exclusive opportunity which pairs an iconic musician with a selection of emerging artists. The selected participants will get to develop their songwriting during a mentorship with Kram from Spiderbait on Bruny Island in Tasmania, followed by a live performance at VOICEBOX in Hobart.

We are looking a few new amazing arts & events industry minded people to come on board as Artist Liaisons at PARTY IN THE PADDOCK!

The crew will;
~ love original music and the Tassie music scene
~ be friendly helpful people
~ know a bit about festivals/events or keen to learn
~ not get star struck and understand backstage etiquette
~ have fun and help where needed
The role will include;
~ assisting performers with music equipment
~ prepping greenrooms and looking after the performers onsite
~ assisting stage crew when needed
This is a volunteer role and is flexible with hours so people can enjoy the festival as a punter but we will only be selecting people with the right positive attitude.
