Artery's latest window display is an artwork created by grade 5 and 6 students at The Cottage School in Bellerive for Reconciliation week in 2025. The theme for that week, and title of the work is ‘Bridging Now to Next’.

"We are excited to share the work this year with Artery in celebration of NAIDOC Week 2026. The decorated hands embedded in the landscape reflect the stories and patterns of individual lives, nature and artists in the theme, ‘50 Years of Deadly’.
The Cottage School has been nurturing creative, curious and caring people from Kindergarten to Grade 6 for the past 50 years. The philosophy of the school is to provide a broad range of learning experiences catering for the whole child, providing a holistic education in a nurturing environment."

With this year’s theme for Dark M**o “Tabula Rasa” coinciding with Artery’s 50th Birthday we decided to take ourselves back to Artery’s beginnings. In the form of an Astrological Natal Chart, we have mapped the skies on the day that Artery officially came into being, 6th April 1976. We have mapped Artery’s cosmic fingerprint!

If you’re wondering; Artery’s Star sign is Aries. Artery is also a Fire Dragon in the Chinese Zodiac system.
