I'm having a little sale of my clothes this Friday at Kickstart Arts during lunch hours - so we all can eat a delicious home cooked meal from The Community Kitchen Project

This might be the last time to purchase clothes from me. I'm beginning to understand how bad I am at selling, and it's not really what I want to spend my time doing.

Finding clothes at op shops, then preparing them and printing, takes a lot of time. I think I'll be printing clothes only for my own personal wardrobe from now on haha (or maybe a really nice commission). The Panama Festival was an awesome way to get my art out into the world, but for now, I will pause the clothes section.

These little snippets give you an idea of the items available. Sizes from small to large. Heavily discounted.

Hope to see you Friday ! X

I've come to realise that my inner nomad is grounded by the fact I can work on different projects throughout the year. I don't have to pack up and move each time. I do feel sometimes my textile art side slips away a little. But I'm slowly coming back!

Looking at a possible natural dyeing workshop at my studio in September before I head on a little dye tour.

Not the right lighting today, but hopefully I will get a few pieces of clothing up online for you soon.

I feel super proud seeing this piece on the wall it chose - now "in situ".

Lucky mum bought this one so I can enjoy it every time I go home and visit.

This print develops at every glance. I love how they can change with you depending on how open you are to receive it.

If you have one of my prints hanging up at home, I would really appreciate a photo! I know there's a few out there somewhere.

Xx

You really need to get your nose close to some of the details.

Smells like eucalyptus. Eucalyptus urnigera (urn gum).

Young bark peeling off keeping the shapes and textures .
I usually see a lot of birds in the prints. Can you see some other animals??

I'm heading back out to the Styx this week.
Keen to see how these guys have grown.
