In my mind and in my energy, I am feeling at a different point than where i actually am. I'm feeling the energy of landing the public art commission, of working with my dream team, of connecting with amazing entrepeneurs and meeting expansive people....i can feel it as if its happening!
But this reality hasnt caught up yet. Gotta make that quantum leap happening!

I think if i just keep living from that expanded future self that i so clearly see and feel, that eventually this timeline will catch up. Its a bit of a brainf**k!

It may feel awkward to compliment people or tell them you love them, but it just has such a great impact and it's all we really want to hear, as Mr. Rogers always said "I love you just the way you are".

I was catching up with my sons best friend this morning and it occurred to me that over the years it has become normal to say i love you on the phone or in texts, and that i should post a reel on the importance of doing this OFTEN and normalising this with family and friends. Even just saying nice things to people and saying that you're proud of them, that they make you laugh, that you like spending time with them. It doesn't take much and its so rewarding for both people.

Q. What’s a colour you secretly overuse even when you try not to?⁠
A. Cadmium Yellow Light. I overuse it very obviously and don't try to hide it! I love this bright happy yellow. ⁠

Q. What’s a pattern, colour or style you’re loving right now?⁠
A. CROWNS! Who doesn't love crowns? They are magical, remind us of childhood fairytales, mysteries, and fantasy worlds. They are bold, powerful, and wondrous. ⁠

Q. If you could choose any artist, alive or dead, to collaborate with, who would it be and why?⁠
A. Niki de Saint Phalle. I have admired her since I was a teenager. I didn't make the connection of how much my work is influenced by her until someone mentioned it, and i thought: OF COURSE! Her sculptures are mind blowing, and I would love to create playgrounds and water fountains like she did. In the Zurich train station in Switzerland where I grew up, one of her huge "Nana" figures in the shape of an Angel hangs high above the commuters, looking over them and protecting them. I loved seeing that sculpture whenever I would walk through there.⁠

A. With my orange Adidas Campus, black baggy Former Jeans and crisp white tank top.⁠

Oh hello baby Crowns! I'm experimenting with different sizes....it feels a bit "crafty" and i don't like small fidgetty things but THEY ARE SO FU***NG CUTE!

I'm not sure where this is leading to so I'll just keep going and see where I end up.

I wonder what one would do with a little baby Crown....

Having meaningful and thoughtful conversations really fills my cup. It makes me rather emotional thinking about it! It takes so little effort and yet has such a huge impact. These conversations usually happen rather unexpectedly and they surprise me. Being present and open to where the conversation goes with out judging it so gratifying. I love experiencing this.
