My first painting in quite some time; since welcoming bebe #2, and man it feels good!! 🧡

How fun to just paint something for the sake of it. Moths are weird and colourful and fun, something about them intrigues me immensely! I was so drawn to this pretty fella I just had to paint it 🎨 no real plans, just following the paint as it flows- how good 🙌

Helloooooo Wagga Wagga!

Incase you hadn’t figured it out yet, my little fam and I have packed up our life in Geelong and moved back home to Wagga Wagga 📦🚛🛣️🐦‍⬛

After welcoming our second little love, Cora Clementine (Coco to her mates) 🧡 at the start of May, we sold our house and made the trek back to NSW to be closer to family 🏡 Whilst I definitely wouldn’t recommend moving interstate and having open house inspections with a newborn and a toddler 🫠 we made it out the other end and are so happy to be back home!

Super excited for this new chapter of life- raising our little family in our hometown where we both grew up surrounded by those we love most and engaging with the creative community in Wagga Wagga and beyond 🫶🏻✨🎨🌻

Also, feel free to dm me all you local favourites ☕️🧁🍱🍻🌆 It’s been 12 years since I lived in Wagga, so a hot minute and lots has changed!

Yesterday both my children napped at the same time and I got to paint and it was magical 🪄✨🎨

She’s by no means perfect and I’m looking forward to getting back into the studio (today?! Do I dare to dream that naps will again coordinate? 🤞) to add some more detail, but what a fun, cup filling time for this mumma to paint again after a few months off! 🦋
