What an amazing Beanie Festival last Tuesday.
Over 600 beanies were made and collected by Yvonne Booth. Thank you to everyone who knitted and entered the competition.

45 people attended the opening with the
Alice Springs winner judging the 4 sections.
Just a beanie from W. A. ,
Colourful Beanie and Down by the Sea… both made by Dusty from Wagga
Novelty winner was from Margate in Tasmania

Special mentions to Caellum a 9 yr old boy from Culcairn taught to knit by his neighbour Shirley Wellington,
Special award went to Kevin Fogarty who knitted 50 beanies
96 yr old Daisy Hinch who crocheted beanie decorations received some caramels
