you did the most beautiful job. From the personalised medals and awards, to the cupcakes, lolly table, gorgeous balloons and set-up , every little detail was so thoughtful and special. But most importantly, your beautiful and talented students absolutely shone tonight ✨

You should be so proud of what you created. It was such a beautiful evening filled with confidence, courage and so much talent.

I’m beyond proud of our amazing ADA dancers/singers and cannot wait to watch them continue to grow 🖤🤍

A huge congratulations to our beautiful Miki on an incredible achievement! ✨🩰

Today Miki auditioned for the Victorian State Ballet performance program and was successfully accepted to perform in the July school holidays! What an amazing opportunity and such a special moment for her. We are beyond proud of all the hard work, dedication, and passion she brings to her dancing every single week.

A very special thank you also goes to Miss Bec for all of her hard work, guidance, and dedication behind the scenes. Your passion for ballet training and technical excellence continues to help our dancers achieve incredible opportunities like this one.

Technique is where the magic happens ✨ Ballet and Stretch and Strength Tuesdays 👌🏼

It’s easy to focus on routines, costumes and the stage , but strong dancers are built in their technique classes. This is where they develop correct placement, strength, flexibility, control and safe habits that support everything they do.

Having our separate technique classes alongside performance classes
❤️ Performance classes focus on technique and choreography, timing and teamwork and routines.
❤️ Technique classes focus the foundations behind every step❤️ ballet isn’t just “another class” , it’s the backbone of a dancer’s training. It’s what takes a dancer from just learning routines… to truly understanding their body and their craft

When dancers train both, that’s when you see growth 💫

Cleaner lines, higher extensions, stronger turns, better control, and most importantly , confidence in their own bodies

It also helps prevent injuries and ensures they’re not just learning dances… they’re learning to dance properly 🙌🏻

At ADA, we truly believe in building versatile, strong and safe dancers, and we know that that all starts with a solid technical foundation 🖤
