What a night to remember! ✨🎄

Our Community Christmas Carols last night were an absolute celebration of joy, connection and Christmas spirit. From smiling faces and voices singing along, to families and friends coming together under the evening sky, the atmosphere was nothing short of magical.

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible musicians who so generously volunteered their time and talents. Your music created the soundtrack to such a special night and helped make it a truly memorable experience for our whole community. We are so grateful for your generosity, energy and passion.

Thank you to everyone who came along, joined in the singing, and helped make the night such a success. Moments like these remind us how special our community is and how powerful it is when we come together to celebrate. 💫

As our community gathered under the evening sky for the Community Christmas Carols, there was a sense of warmth, connection and shared joy. Families sat together, children sang with excitement, and familiar faces came together in a way that felt grounding and hopeful. In those moments, we were reminded of the power of community, of music, togetherness and simple human connection to lift spirits and bring light.

At the same time, our hearts are heavy as we acknowledge the devastating loss of life in Bondi. The news of such violence is confronting and heartbreaking, especially as we hold our own loved ones close. It is a sobering reminder of how fragile life can be, and how deeply events beyond our immediate community can touch us all.

Holding both of these realities at once — joy and sorrow, light and grief — is not easy. Yet it is in moments like these that community matters most. The coming together we experienced tonight is what gives us strength to grieve, to pray, to reflect, and to stand in solidarity with those who are hurting.

As we move through this Christmas season, may we carry forward the compassion, kindness and care we saw reflected in one another tonight. May we look out for each other, hold space for those who are struggling, and continue to choose love, connection and hope, even in the face of tragedy.

The Community Christmas Carols are going to be a wonderful evening filled with live music, fun games, possibly a visit from the Man in Red & competitions winners announced including the CHRISTMAS SPENDING SPREE WINNERS!

Make sure you come along, celebrate with family and friends, and then finish the evening with a drive to see the wonderful light displays around our towns. It’s the perfect way to wrap up a festive night together. 💫
