Situated on the bustling and beautiful Hampton Street, surrounded by fantastic eateries, cool cafes and boutique shops. Xtend Barre Bayside is just minutes walk from the beach and offers classes throughout the day whether it be to compliment an early morning beach run, after a mid morning coffee date or before pre-dinner cocktails!

One whole year of Club Balance 🤍

Our Pilates & Prosecco birthday celebration was such a beautiful reminder that Club Balance is so much more than just a studio, it’s a community filled with the most supportive, kind and uplifting people.

To every single person who has walked through our doors, trusted us, moved with us and supported us this past year… thank you. Watching this community grow has been the most rewarding feeling.

We are so grateful for every class, every conversation, every friendship formed and every person who has helped make Club Balance feel like home.

Barre blends ballet-inspired movements with Pilates, functional movement and strength training, targeting muscles you didn’t even know you had!
