Quintessence Belly Dance is a local dance school with a qualified dance teacher and assessor in Egyptian Style Belly Dance. Cathy Howe is the founder and artistic director and has danced interstate and over seas and now lives and teachers in Gympie. Belly Dancing is all about feal good exercise and being part of fun group of ladies. We learn to use a wide range of dance props, veils, silk fans, sw

We had our first dress rehearsal tonight for all the events that are coming up. OMG was it was big. 15 woman in all my bathrooms and still not enough space for costumes and corsets. Thank you ladies, you were wonderful... just had a look at the footage and it will make a fab trailer.....go home and put your feet up... you derserve it!!!!!!!!!
