Guyra TroutFest Guyra's TroutFest over the October long weekend celebrates opening of the trout fishing season with fun activities for everyone of all ages.

Art, Book Fair, Buskers, Poetry, Band contest and Big Day Trout, Markets are just some of the features. The 5th Guyra TroutFest will be held October 7, 8 & 9. This year we are adding 2 days of markets and a car boot sale. Come and see the fish flies display made by local fishers. Get a laugh from fishy jokes at the poet's breakfast. Vote on the art amongst the vintage cars and its special categor

y for vintage cars. Kids fish for a trout or join the treasure hunt round town & win prizes. Local Guyra gardens and train rides are on all weekend 10-4pm. The Guyra Hotel will have a country music concert as a grand finale to the weekend. Follow us to see new events as they are added.
