Gungahlin Leisure Centre is your local community aquatic and recreation centre. As part of YMCA NSW, we believe in giving back to our local communities. Your memberships and fees help us fund a range of important community programs such as SwimAbility and Brightside. And feel good that you’re doing your bit for the community.

✅ Return at the end of the 12 weeks for your FREE follow-up E-Volt Scan to see your progress

From 1 July 2026, all swimmers in mainstream group classes will be required to wear a swim cap. This supports a focused learning environment, enhances safety, and helps maintain pool hygiene.

▪️Swim caps are to be worn for every lesson
▪️A range of swim caps are available at reception for purchase
▪️Please note: swimmers without a cap won’t be able to participate in their lesson

It’s time for our little swimmers to show off all the skills they’ve been learning in the water! 💙🏊‍♂️

Make sure your child attends their lesson this week so they can complete their assessment and celebrate their progress. 🌟

Can’t make it? No worries! Catch-up assessments will be available during the week of 22/06/26. If a wet deck isn’t available, simply chat with our friendly front desk team and we’ll help get you booked in.
