And just like that, our road to Hadestown has come to an end. ❤️

From the entire cast and crew, thank you to everyone who came along, supported the show, and helped make this production so special.

Performing to sold-out audiences was an incredible way to finish, and we’re so grateful for the energy, encouragement, and love you brought to the theatre each night.

Unless you've somehow missed the memo, there's only ONE chance left to get tickets!

Friday and Saturday are SOLD OUT, so if you want to see Hadestown, get in quick and catch one of the few remaining seats for tonight - yikes, only about 50 left!

In related news, last night's opening night of Hadestown: Teen Edition was nothing short of phenomenal. Our cast were so excited to finally perform for a crowd, and based on the audience's response, nobody left disappointed.

What a way to open the run! 🔥

Chris and Kelly describe Hadestown as a story that asks big questions. They were drawn to the music (Anaïs Mitchell), the show's social relevance, and its explorations of industry, exploitation, doubt, and resilience.

3 DAYS TO GO.

These photos from last week's rehearsal say it all: the passion these incredible performers have for our show is clear.

Our students have spent evenings, weekends, and holidays bringing Hadestown: Teen Edition to life. They've rehearsed, built, painted, danced, sung, solved problems, all with dedication, passion, and enthusiasm. Their cohesion has been fantastic, and they have supported each other every step of the way.

Today, they were in our theatre yet again for their their dress run.

These amazing young humans are resilient , talented, and committed, and we couldn't be prouder of them. After months of hard work, we're almost ready to share what they've created.

Day after day, they labour beneath the earth, building Hades' industrial empire. But they are more than workers. They are the pulse of the Underworld itself, shaping every moment of the story.

Every story needs a guide. Hermes is our storyteller, leading us through a world of gods, workers, lovers, and dreamers.

Played by Charlize Schiavello

Queen of the Underworld, goddess of spring, and a force of nature all her own.

Caught between two worlds, Persephone longs for warmth, freedom, and the joy that once filled the land above.

"Stepping into Persephone's shoes is so much fun. She is bubbly, playful, happy, [but is] balancing her anger towards Hades and the underworld with her vulnerability and love for him. Exploring her personality has taught me a lot about acting and myself in general, challenging me in a good way."
