Creating magical memories is what I do best! I love nothing more than making children smile! 😊

I am based in the North-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, and offer kids party entertainment services. Specifically, I offer everybody's favourite face painting, and colourful balloon twisting creations! Whose kiddies miss face painting and parties?

Under normal circumstances, Laura the Purple Fairy would be fluttering across Melbourne, spreading joy at celebrations of all kinds. She misses face painting and making children smile terribly!

Today is Laurart Face Painting’s 4th Birthday, and we would like to share some exciting news!

Once it is safe to do so, we will not only offer face painting, balloons and party games… During lockdown we have been busy inventing some brand new, NEVER BEFORE seen kids entertainment services which we’re sure you’re going to love!

We now pre-make colourful and fabulous Balloon designs for parties at very reasonable prices. Perfect for events where you do not wish to hire an entertainer but want to add something magical to your child's special day! The balloons are either picked up in Caroline Springs or delivered to your door before your party! Who needs a lolly bag when the children could take home their own little Balloon friend? We are able to match balloon designs to an event theme, whether it be a jungle themed party with tigers and snakes🐍, a little pet party with puppies and bunnies🐶, or a super ninja party with swords and bows and arrows⚔. We may even be able to cater for your unique event theme!

Hi guys! :) this is a post shouting out to all pregnant ladies. Aside from being a Face Painting Fairy and kids party entertainer, I am also studying a Bachelor of Midwifery at Australian Catholic University. ~

As a part of my degree, I am required to follow the pregnancy journeys of 10 women. This involves coming along to 4 or more pregnancy check-ups, supporting women and their families through labour and birth (if they are comfortable with this), and attending 2 or more post-birth visits up until the baby is 6 weeks old.
Not only is this program a fantastic way for student midwives to consolidate their in-class learning and enable them to understand pregnancy and childbirth from the woman’s perspective, it is also a valuable source of support to women and their families at such an important time in their lives. Modern research indicates that women who engage with a student midwife have lower rates of interventions and morbidity. Additionally, not all women have the luxury of seeing the same health care professional on all their visits, so having a student midwife will ensure that there is a familiar, trustworthy face every step of the way.

Being able to share in a family’s pregnancy journey is an absolute privilege. If you are interested, or know somebody who might be, please feel free to send me a message :) I would love to meet you/see you again at your next pregnancy visit!

When I wake up on a Sunday, all I can do is smile.... smile because I don't get up to go to "work", but to go on a brand new adventure! On these adventures I meet so many different people, travel all around Melbourne, and let my creativity run wild. Best of all, I get to see all of those little smiles looking back up at me 😊😊😊
