The countdown is on for ⭐️Stars of Ballina⭐️ and we are so excited! 😆

With 1 in 2 Australians diagnosed with cancer by the age of 85, the money raised from this event will go towards Cancer Council NSW and its world-class cancer research, prevention programs, advocacy, and support services to help those affected by cancer at every point in their journey 🌼

Movements in lyrical dance are characterised by fluidity and grace, with the dancer flowing seamlessly from one step to the next. Leaps are exceptionally high and soaring, and turns are fluid and continuous💃

Jazz is a form of dance that showcases a dancer’s individual style and originality💃

This dance style is energetic and fun, consisting of unique moves, fancy footwork, big leaps and quick turns. Acrobatics is incorporated in this class 🌟

The class is based on safe and effective progressions in the five divisions of Acrobatics: Flexibility, strength, balancing, limbering and tumbling🤸‍♀️
