Well, there’s not much more we can say other than THANK YOU.
Thanks to everyone who came out and supported our race day.
To our sponsors for your continued support.
To everyone who bought tickets and entertainment packages.
To those who had a few drinks at the bar and bought food on the day.
To the vendors that supplied us with theirs good and services – and the community groups and individuals that loaned them to us.
To our racing community – the horses jockeys, owners, staff and bookies.
To our incredible entertainment from and the sound and lighting that goes with it!
To our FOF judges and for travelling out to be part of our day.
To the food vendors, bar staff, racing staff, security, paramedics and everyone who worked during the day and night.
To those that helped with the setup the pack down after – a huge job in itself.
And to our committee – made up entirely of volunteers.
We did it, team. Another stellar effort from all involved [if we do say so ourselves]!
We’re going to take a well-earned break from our socials for a while.
It’s been a HUGE year, but as a Committee, were pretty bloody proud of the show we put on – and we can’t wait to see all of you back again next year for another ripper event!
