Update: We have processed all refunds. Only 7 orders bounced back and we will be in touch with those people. It can take between 5-7 business days so keep a check on your bank.

Update: Thank you to everyone who has been patient and gracious during this time. I appreciate that more than you will know.

We have spent the day making sure we have met our contractual and legal requirements before commenting on the reason behind the cancellation. I totally understand the frustration of not knowing and I would feel the same way. However, as mentioned there are protocols that we must follow.

In saying that, the reason is nothing sinster, it was purely a lack of ticket sales. I would say the reasoning for this is partly to do with a free 3 day country music event happening this same weekend on the Gold Coast. And of course cost of living among other things has caused many music festivals and concerts to fall over. Our advice was to push through for the last minute ticket sales but it just wasn’t happening. Any longer and this would have caused even more issues for travellers, food vans among others. I had to make the call when I did.

Everyone will receive a refund of their tickets and this will happen as quickly as possible. Again, there are protocols to follow. I will keep everybody posted, please be patient.

Thank you again to everyone who has shown so much support and kindness through out this.
