For instructions. ABOUT ME: Since the age of 6 I have trained in many different dance genres and have also been a part of many different competitive sports. I absolutely love to dance, i'm a fitness freak. I have been teaching classes since 2010 and it's the best thing I have ever done in my life....My classes absolutely ROCK!!!! you cannot help but smile and SWEAT in my class... My routines are fun and so many have seen positive changes in their bodies but also their minds. I love seeing peoples faces smiling back at me as they lose themselves in the music and party with no rules.... I have such a diverse range of people who attend. EVERYONE IS WELCOME.
