Another great Friday Funday done! ☕🐱💕

Started the day with a coffee, catch-up and plenty of pats at the cat café in Southport. 🐾 Followed by a visit to HOTA to check out the newest exhibitions. 🎨

Finished the day with takeaway lunch and a cold drink, overlooking the Surfers Paradise skyline while watching the Air Show — all without the crowds! ✈️🌴

A great day at the EKKA with the crew! 🎡☀️

Perfect weather, small crowds and we managed to see everything we wanted to. Of course, we had to keep up the tradition with an annual Dagwood Dog and Strawberry Sundae! 🌭🍓

But the highlight of the day? 50c on the train! 🚆🤣

🏃‍♂️ Movement Monday has been on the move! 🏃‍♀️

It’s been a busy few months for our Movement Monday crew, travelling all over the coast and getting involved in a huge variety of sports and activities — from 9 holes of golf, lawn bowls, mini putt and fishing, to bocce and everything in between! 🎣⛳️🎳

It’s all about getting active, trying something new, having a laugh and, most importantly, moving the body! 💪

Great vibes, good company and plenty of fun along the way. We can’t wait to see what the next few months bring! 🙌

Our social sporting group got amongst the fish last week with a cracking 8 fish caught! Plenty of excitement and a great session.

Even better, 4 fish were over 40cm and taken home for a feed! 🐟

🏆 Jayden took out the cup with an impressive 5 fish caught — well done, mate! 👏

Our ‘Friday Funday’ social group had such a unique and memorable experience at the Chung Tian Temple during their 2026 Buddha Birthday celebrations. We all had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful grounds and taking part in the activities on offer. The calligraphy workshop was definitely a standout highlight! We’re already looking forward to coming back again next year.

Our ‘Monday Moves’ social sporting group was back at beautiful Meadow Park, Tallebudgera today, hitting balls and competing for the coveted ‘Champion of Champions’ Monday trophy. It was a hot one, but a well-earned cold drink at the clubhouse made it all worthwhile. Happy Monday!
