Mondays 4:30pm at The Surrounds Leisure Centre

Here's a little snippet of our Monday class, these 5-12 yeat olds developing their strength, coordination, flexibility in a fun and supportive environment

We have been working on handstands, cartwheels, forward & back walkovers! Watching them all improve and master skills is amazing, seeing them be excited and proud of themselves and their progress is the best part!

All levels & abilities welcome! We can adapt any exercise to include everyone!

Five years.
FIVE.
I genuinely cannot believe it.

What started as a little Mums and Bubs class with a whole lot of heart has grown into something I could not have even dreamed of back in 2021. A real community. A place where people of every age, every ability and every background walk through the door and feel like they belong. That was always the dream and you all made it real.

To every student who has ever taken a class, every family who trusted us with their little ones, every person who has shown up to an event, shared a post, sent a kind message or just cheered us on from the sidelines, this milestone belongs to you as much as it does to me.

IDA is turning five and we want to celebrate with the people who built this with us.

Stay tuned because we have something special coming and you are all invited.

Thank you from the absolute bottom of my heart. Here is to five more years of dancing, growing and doing life together.

There is something really special about watching a mum or dad on the dance floor with their baby.

Like properly on the floor, moving together, laughing, making eye contact.
No phones,
no distractions,
just you and your little one completely in the moment together.

That is what Mini and Me is.
It is not about getting the steps right or performing. It is about connection. It is about giving your baby one of those early experiences of music and movement that actually shapes how their little brain develops.
And honestly it is just as good for the grown up in the room as it is for the baby.

If you are in that season of early motherhood or fatherhood where the days can feel really long and you are craving some time out of the house with your little one around people who just get it, come and try this.

For little ones 0 to 5 years with their favourite adult.
Every Friday at 9:45am at The Surrounds Leisure Centre, 6 Emerald Drive, Helensvale.
