Please welcome your adjudicator for our August 23rd Brisbane Event Ella Nagle 🍉 💜
Ella began dancing at the age of three and has been immersed in the performing arts ever since. She has spent the past eight years teaching dancers of all ages and abilities, sharing her passion for dance and helping students develop confidence, strong technique, and a genuine love for performing.
After completing her Certificate in Dance and Teaching, Ella accepted a professional contract with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines as a dancer and aerialist at just 18 years of age. She spent four years travelling internationally, performing in large-scale production shows aboard some of the world’s largest cruise ships. During her time between contracts, Ella also toured Australia on the Fringe Festival circuit, continuing to perform while sharing her knowledge through teaching.
In addition to her dance qualifications, Ella is a qualified Pilates instructor and enjoys incorporating body awareness, strength, flexibility, and injury prevention into her teaching to help dancers train safely and perform at their best.
Ella has choreographed and trained students for examinations, competitions, performances, and showcases, and finds great joy in watching young dancers grow both on and off the stage. She is passionate about fostering a positive and supportive environment where every dancer feels encouraged to work hard, challenge themselves, and celebrate their progress.
Ella is thrilled to be adjudicating and looks forward to providing constructive, encouraging feedback that recognises each dancer’s achievements while helping them continue to develop their skills, confidence, and love of dance.
