During my cancer journey I’ve had people question if I’m “fighting” hard enough. I’ve never been a ‘f #%k cancer’ kind of person, that doesn’t resonate with who I am. I think of myself as a gentle warrior. I’ve been fighting hard in my own way, and have learnt, grown and evolved along the way. I never thought of myself as strong or resilient but now I know that I am 💪
When I found Warrior of Resilience I knew she was meant for me. . .
“She trusts in herself, listening to her inner wisdom and finding the strength within herself. . . Through the trials of her past, she came to understand the importance of inner-trust and self-reliance. She refuses to be a victim, and instead, she becomes a warrior. . . 🌟 The Guardian of Honor – A Protector and Nurturer 🌿

She comes as a protector and a nurturer, deeply connected to the past and the Great Spirit. Her wisdom flows from a sacred bond with humanity and Mother Earth, offering healing, guidance, and a path to harmony.

Adorned in her headdress of feathers and ceremonial paint, the Guardian of Honor stands as a bridge between the physical and spiritual realms. The turquoise, red ochre, and yellow ochre she wears symbolize the union of earth and sky, grounding us while lifting us to the divine. Her gaze is steady and strong, her eyes like pools of wisdom that see beyond the surface of things.

Her warrior spirit is not one of aggression but of protection and love. She is a true leader, guiding with honor, wisdom, and compassion—a shining example of balance and harmony.

My wife, daughter, and I have been traveling for the past month in our campervans, cruising from Gold Coast to Cairns and back again. Along the way, I've been sending out my art prints, and one lady, in particular, messaged me excitedly about her Goddess of Truth print. Turns out, she lived in Bundaberg, a town we were passing through on our way back.

She suggested meeting up for a coffee during our stop in Bundaberg, and Larissa and I absolutely love spontaneous meetups, so we decided to take her up on the offer and deliver her print in person. When we messaged her, it turned out she lived just 3 minutes away from our fuel stop!

Marie and Craig, the lovely couple, kindly invited us into their home. And just a short time, we shared our life stories with each other, and we instantly connected!... you know when you meet someone and you just know you will be friends for life?? It's moments like these that's made our journey so special. 🙏 Thank you Marie McAneney for your warmth and kindness 💖
