We had a busy day yesterday getting ready for our exhibition 'Alchemy of colour' Celebrating the transformative power of colour in art. Just as ancient alchemists sought to transform ordinary materials into something precious. Artists use colour to create atmosphere, shift mood and bring imagination to life!
Through paint, mixed media and other materials. Artists experiment with how colours merge, contrast and transform together. These processes echo the idea of alchemy- where simple elements combine to create something unexpected and powerful.
