Beth Seymour & The Lizzies
Alphabet Mafia
12/6/26 album

Release Information

Ferntree Gully’s most hated hardcore band, La Famiglia, returned in a blaze of glory back in March with their single “Hath No Fury” after a two-year hiatus while frontwoman Beth Seymour came out as transgender. Now, they’re delivering their killing blow towards a bigoted world on their second full-length album, “Alphabet Mafia”.

The album is a delicate balance of chaos and melody, equal parts Dag Nasty, Madball, GLOSS and AFI. La Famiglia deliver breakneck punk rock on “Life’s A Joke And We’re The Punchline” and “Hath No Fury”, powerhouse vocals on “Cycles” and “Why Do You Hate Me?”, and tuff girl hardcore beatdowns on “Pretty On The Inside” and “BIG BETH BEATDOWN”. Seymour’s lyricism covers tears like a hurricane through topics such as music industry misogyny, transgender discrimination and violence, family and religious trauma, and q***r solidarity.

“Alphabet Mafia” was written, recorded and produced by Beth Seymour at her home studio in scenic Ferntree Gully, Victoria. It was mastered by Jesse Cannon at Cannon Found Soundation. The album will be available digitally and on CD from June 12th, 2026.

Josh Pyke
Kingdom Within
12Jun26 album

Release Information

For over two decades, Josh Pyke has been the architect of a signature sound in Australian music. The acclaimed, award-winning singer-songwriter has proven time and again that his intimate, nuanced storytelling style is timeless.

Seven studio albums, a lauded career as a multi-talented artist across the realms of music, film and TV composition, as well as children’s books, have given Pyke the opportunity to push himself creatively through many ventures and in 2026, he is ready to reveal his next project: Kingdom Within.

Kingdom Within, Josh Pyke's eighth studio album, is career-defining, with clear messaging and emotion driving each song. His first independent release since 2004, this is an album to embrace as a salve, an opportunity for the listener to disengage from the turbulence of our current existence and instead find themselves enveloped in rich sonic textures, beautiful harmonies and above all, Pyke’s best lyricism to date.

Madeline Leman
Ripen on the Vine
12 Jun26 Album

Release Information

Ripen On The Vine is the second album from Madeline and the first under her own name. It is a collection of personal tracks that explore themes of longing, disillusionment, hope and change. Writing this album helped Madeline navigate her Saturn Return and her grief for a world falling apart. It is a departure from her first album, this is partly a result of having been gifted a piano for her 30th birthday and time during lockdown to fall back in love with her first instrument; and partly the result of wanting to explore different sonic worlds and use her voice in a different way. What has resulted is a beautifully rich collection of alt-country/indie folk tracks that are at times playful and political and at times lush and reflective.

Influenced by the folk and rock and roll sounds of the 1970s this album takes inspiration from Carole King, Todd Rundgren and Judee Sill. With harmonies by Ruby Jones and Leah Senior, guitar and production by Jesse Williams (Leah Senior) and drums by Dylan Young (Way Dynamic) Madeline has filled the record with some of the best sounds coming out of Melbourne.

"This album is a step closer to the sound I've always been chasing. It represents a musical maturity that I'm really proud of and a vulnerability that feels slightly terrifying but ultimately empowering.”

Lead Vocals, Rhythm Guitar and Keys: Madeline Leman

Bass: Alexander Bleakley
Drums: Dylan Young
Synth: Nat Riley
Pedal Steel: Ben Franz
Trumpet: Liam McGorry
Main backing Vocals: Ruby Jones

Release Information

The 2006 debut studio album “Campbelltown” from The Allman Street Band has now been remastered and re-released as ‘Campbelltown 20th Anniversary Remix’ featuring an additional 2 bonus tracks that were not included on the original album release! This gem features the original 7 tracks remixed and tweaked, starting with the bouncy title track reminiscent of Madness, followed by the soaring “Love in a Foreign Land”, country-tinged “Take Me Back”, the lounge music “La Da Da Da”, biblical-themed “Cain and Abel”, folk anthem “We Will Be Free”, and wraps up with the powerful “Song of Songs”. The two new tracks are the haunting ‘On the Leaving’ and the up-tempo ‘Are We Friends’. Each tune brings its own flavour, making “Campbelltown” a true classic and an eclectic mix of styles.

Eddy Current Suppression Ring (Upcoming Feature Album 28Jun26)
In Light of Recent Events
9Jun26 Album

Release Information
Eddy Current Suppression Ring make a surprise return with their fifth album In Light of Recent Events. True to form, it finds the disinterested careerists sidestepping expectation and working on their own terms, in their own time. Dialled in through closed-door weekly jams across 2025, that pent-up energy has only leaked via pseudonym-billed small-room shows as Jimmy and the Ringtones and Top Hats, record shop in-stores and country detours, plus a pair of phantom straight-to-YouTube singles (‘Swimming Hole’ and ‘Hard To Be Moved’), each with accompanying films by Chris Middlebrook and Amiel Courtin-Wilson respectively.

Modern-day anxiety and human disillusionment press through the album’s darker, more politically aware subject matter, as suburban melodramas and tender, hard-hitting reflections articulate everything you’ve never been able to. Taped within the band’s signature close-quarters claustrophobia, Brendan Suppression purges his dome with a newly awakened vocal range, while riff savant Eddy Current bleeds through quicksilver, blood-raw scratches, cut against the tension-wound, locked-in low end of Danny Current and Rob Solid.

Baby Cool
Infinity Baby
5Jun26 album

Release Information

Grace Cuell writes songs as a way of making sense of the world around her. On Infinity Baby, her second album as Baby Cool, she takes a gentle look at what it means to be human as the pendulum swings between shadow and light.

Where her debut Earthling on the Road to Self Love felt almost whimsical in its search for meaning, Infinity Baby is more grounded and honest. The songs move through desire, cynicism, devotion and surrender, sometimes defeat, but always circle back to a kind of hope. It’s a record about patterns: the ones we inherit, the ones we repeat, and the ones we choose to keep.

Working alongside producer Samuel Joseph who has worked with the likes of King Gizzard, Family Jordan and more, the album was made in the hills of the Northern Rivers. Musically, Baby Cool continues to blur psychedelia, folk and kraut-pop, with the spaciousness of her natural surroundings ever-present in the songwriting and production.

The Pretty Littles
Mulga Wire
5Jun26 album

Release Information

Following a blistering start to the year - touring nationally with Bad//Dreems, performing their first international shows in Sri Lanka and lighting up festival stages at Party In The Paddock and OK Charlton - The Pretty Littles return with new album, Mulga Wire. Arriving as the quick follow-up to 2025’s ARIA-charting record Force, the album sees the prolific Melbourne band’s new lineup truly come into its own, blending heartland poetry with scathing commentary and razor-sharp lyricism.

After the five-year gap between Force and their 2020 album Weekend Away, the arrival of Mulga Wire just over a year later proves how instinctive this new era of The Pretty Littles has quickly become. Not fazed about sticking to one particular sound or style, the record moves wherever it needs to without ever losing raw sincerity that holds everything together.

From criticising power hungry world leaders in ‘In Our Times’ to exploring sunlit nostalgia and small town memories in ‘Terracotta’, the album moves between extremes without ever losing what holds it together.

“I guess this album reminds me of a city, with different suburbs - different moments. It's all in the same city, but you know when you're in Heidelberg and you know when you're in Hampton, ya know?”

Recorded alongside long time producer Greg Rietwyk (Press Club), Mulga Wire experiments with patterns and textures while firmly keeping Parsons’ engrossing lyricism front and centre. Whether it is the sheer musicianship or raw poetry that draws you in, the record is filled with dusty imagery, earnest grit and sharp observations. Named after the slang term for rural gossip, Mulga Wire embraces the full spectrum of that world - from triumphs to tragedies.
