FOUNDATION PROGRAM SHOWCASE: Scenes and Monologues 

Congratulations to our graduates on a fantastic 2026 Showcase! 

The evening unfolded in two chapters: Scenes and Monologues (directed by Patrick Klavins) and a group Realism performance (directed by Anthony Skuse).

In the past, graduates of this program have gone on to pursue work in the industry, as well as continue their studies in ACA’s full-time degree program or at other leading training institutions across the country. Congratulations to our graduates on a fantastic 2026 Showcase!

ACA’s Bachelor of Performing Arts (Acting) three-year degree program, designed in collaboration with Western Sydney University (Western Sydney University) starts again in March 2027. Applications close Monday, 26 October, with auditions in November.

This is more than a degree — it’s where you’ll discover your voice, refine your artistry, and forge your creative identity.

This course is where heritage meets innovation — drawing on the rich legacy of Theatre Nepean and ACA’s track record of producing celebrated performers, the program blends a practical training model with theoretical knowledge.

The degree will provide you with intensive, conservatory-style actor training that combines practical performance skills with theoretical insight and industry connection.

At auditions you will perform two contrasting monologues: one Contemporary and one Shakespeare. At least one of your monologues must be selected from the Recommended Monologues List (view and download on the website).
