Before my birth month ends (how is it almost September already?!), here are my August journal pages 💫

To be honest, I haven’t really journaled much this month 🥲
I remember setting this all up on the first week of August thinking I would fill every page in but…
It’s just one of those months 🫣

And that’s okay!

I did not really have a solid plan in mind theme wise so almost everything has been spontaneous,

And the stamp stickers

That was the funnest part ✂️

I do want to integrate more tarot and astrology prompts and pages for self reflection, so might do those next month 💫

Life can be crazy 🙈

Which is why I have my creative outlets ✨

📓 bullet journaling
My journals are my safe place where I creatively express myself, keep my junk/memories, and write down all of my thoughts (because my brain won’t s**u and my thoughts weigh my mind down until I write it all out).
Keeping a journal is basically how I stay sane lol.

✍🏻 calligraphy
When I focus on each stroke that I do, it somehow quiets everything down (if that makes sense lol). So whenever I do calligraphy, it’s a grounding and meditative experience for me.

My creative outlets help my mental health a lot which is why I am so inclined to share them with as much people as possible ✨

If you’re ever curious about what having little creative hobbies can bring to your life,
Let me tell you my story 💫

My obsession with calligraphy started when I got married. And it all snowballed from there lol 👀

The past years have been a ride of epic emotional and creative proportions 🎢
There are times when I find myself feeling on top of the world and there are also times I question my choices lol.

From doing wedding calligraphy, teaching calligraphy workshops, starting my bullet journal journey, hosting journaling workshops, getting to work with my fave stationery brands, and now planning more workshops 🙈

And all of this wouldn’t have been possible if I had not picked up that calligraphy pen or picked up that pretty notebook 🎨

I guess the point of this post is,
If you have been wanting to start a creative journey,
